Quiet, suburban living - in Seattle's bustling Eastside

Ashford Park II is a condominium community in Redmond, WA. We are a small, quiet neighborhood of 59 townhomes spread along the wooded base of Education Hill in eastern Redmond. Ashford Park II is conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Redmond and all the services the rapidly growing city core offers. Just one mile south, SR-520 puts Bellevue and Seattle, major interstates and large regional employers within close reach.

Our Homeowners' Association is led by a Board of Directors made up of residents who volunteer their time and expertise to maintain the neighborhood. The Board's mission is to uphold a high quality of life for all owners and ensure the financial stability of the Association. Our professional property manager at Best Management Co supports the Board and handles the day-to-day details of managing the community.
